Ingredients
40ml Maria Pascuala Tequila
15ml Italian Aperitif
30ml Watermelon-Infused Lillet Blanc
2 dashes Grapefruit Bitters
A pinch of salt Watermelon Supreme.
Sub-recipe
Mix 750ml of Lillet Blanc and 250g of watermelon in a blender, pour into a bottle or plastic bag and leave for 24 hours at room temperature, filter and cool.
Procedure
Pour all the liquids into the Mixing Glass and fill it 2/3 full with ice, stir until very cold. Strain into an old fashioned glass with square ice. Add the watermelon supreme on the glass.
