Cocktail No. 3

Ingredients


- 45ml Tequila Maria Pascuala

- 10ml Shurb ginger and vanilla

- 10ml Orange liqueur

- 10ml Eureka lemon juice

- 3 dashes of Amaretto

- Juice of 1 Orange

- Orange Supreme


Sub-recipe


Mix in a blender; 8oz of Vodka, 250ml of Water, 250ml of Rice Vinegar, 150g of Refined Sugar, 100g of Laminated and blanched Ginger and 2 pieces of Vanilla pod, pour into a container and let stand for 24 hours at room temperature. Filter and cool.


Procedure


Pour the ingredients, except the orange juice, into a highball glass filled with ice.

In another container, beat the orange juice until very frothy (you can use a blender, immersion blender or milk frother.

Pour in the sparkling orange juice and mix lightly. Decorate with the orange supreme.
