Ingredients

40ml Maria Pascuala Tequila

40ml Strawberry cordial

San Pellegrino Water Oakwood Tonic


Sub-Recipe

In a blender, mix 125g of strawberries, 6oz of rosé wine, 30ml of rice vinegar, 50g of sugar, 2g of salt and 2g of pink pepper and blend very finely. Empty in a container and rest for 24 hours. Filter and cool.


Procedure

Add all the liquid ingredients in an old fashioned glass with 4 ice cubes. Mix lightly.

Decorate with seasonal flowers.
